Password Tool provides a browser-based generator and general security information. It does not provide a guarantee that an account, device, browser, clipboard, or destination service is secure.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for checking the destination service’s password rules, using a unique value, storing it safely, enabling additional authentication, and protecting their device.

Availability and changes

The tool may change or become temporarily unavailable. Security guidance may be updated when standards or implementation details change. Generated passwords are not recoverable from this site.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to facilitate unauthorized access, abuse, deception, or unlawful activity.
