Privacy policy

What the password generator stores, what it does not collect, and how future advertising consent will work.

Generated passwords

Generated passwords are not sent to our servers, saved to an account, or intentionally included in analytics. The generator has no account system or password database.

Locale preference

When you select a language, the site stores the locale code in local storage and a first-party functional cookie named pt_locale. This value contains only the selected locale and is used to route future visits to the same language.

Clipboard and device boundary

Copying places the selected password in the operating system clipboard. Clipboard managers, browser extensions, shared devices, and malware may be able to observe that value. Clear or replace the clipboard after saving the password in a trusted manager.

Server and delivery logs

The hosting provider may process normal request metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps for delivery, abuse prevention, and reliability. Generated passwords are not part of those requests.

Advertising and consent

The generator and trust pages do not load advertising. If advertising is enabled on eligible guide pages, consent-dependent scripts remain blocked until the required consent signal is available. EEA, UK, and Swiss advertising requires a Google-certified consent management platform.

Changes and contact

Material changes receive a new modification date. The verified public contact address must be configured before production indexing is enabled.
